Your Order
Production of your order is begun after your payment has cleared. You will be notified and given an email invoice, complete with order reference number when your payment is cleared. Your order is printed specifically for you and generally takes 3-5 working days to complete. If additional production time is required, you will be notified. Shipping times vary and are in addition to your order completion time (see Shipping below.)
Payment Methods
Ravenstar Trader prefers to collect credit card or direct payment through Paypal. You are automatically directed to Paypal at time of checkout. Personal cheques may be accepted as a method of payment upon request for UK customers only. Please email
ravenstartrader@yahoo.co.uk or write to Ravenstar Trader Orders Dept., 37 Natal Road, London SW16 6JA to request a printable order form. Your order will be confirmed and processed once your cheque has cleared, which may add 5 working days to the completion of your order.
Packaging
Ravenstar Trader is pleased that all of our packaging is sourced from recyclable and biodegradable materials (for example, our A4 clear print sleeves are 100% biodegradable/compostable.) We ask all customers to please reuse packaging when possible or recycle/compost responsibly. Honour the Great Goddess Mother Earth!
Shipping
Your completed order will be posted using Royal Mail or Courier.
Your parcel will require a signature upon delivery. Currently, all Poster and Giclee Prints are shipped via Royal Mail, and Canvas Prints are shipped using Courier.
International packages are tracked within the UK only, and you will need to contact your local post office to enquire about any delays once your parcel has left the UK. The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.
Additional Shipping Costs
If additional shipping is required for your order, Ravenstar Trader will email you to confirm any additional shipping charges due. These charges must be paid before shipping your item.
Returns
Ravenstar Trader hopes that you will be enchanted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will refund, exchange or replace all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising a refund. Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within seven working days from delivery of your order, by emailing us at
ravenstartrader@yahoo.co.uk. Please provide your full name, order reference number, a description of the goods which are being returned and your phone number with a good time for you to be reached so one of our customer service specialists may assist you. You will be supplied a returns reference number which you must include with your returned goods. Returned goods must be packaged as nicely as they were sent to you in order to protect the product. A refund will not be made if the returned product is not in it's original, undamaged condition. Returned items must be shipped RECORDED DELIVERY to Ravenstar Trader Returns Dept., 37 Natal Road, London SW16 6JA. Return costs will not be reimbursed by Ravenstar Trader. Ravenstar Trader will not be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our returns department.
